At Anthropos India Foundation, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Digital Products

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital copies of books. All sales of digital products are final.

2. Printed Books

  • Replacement Only for Damaged Products: We offer replacements only for printed books that are received in a damaged condition. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing proof of damage (such as photos).
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for printed books. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

3. Refund Process

  • Credit to Source Account: If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after processing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Products: All digital products, including digital book copies, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective printed book, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

At Anthropos India Foundation, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we manage shipping and delivery for your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: International orders will be shipped according to taxes and other charges that are incurred. 

3. Shipping Methods

  • We offer the following shipping through third party shipping carriers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress on the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Anthropos India Foundation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
