Dr Promila Pandita is an anthropologist and educator with over two decades of experience in the field of education, focusing on young children. She has taught the IB and Cambridge curricula, specializing in Environmental Systems and Societies and Environmental Management, and holds a graduation in Montessori curriculum. Dr. Pandita has also earned a Master’s degree from Hyderabad Central University and a PhD in Anthropology from Delhi University. Her extensive work in education has deepened her understanding of the importance of positive disciplining for children. From volunteering in public schools in Fremont, California, for reading programs for the mentally handicapped, to assisting visually impaired students, Dr Pandita has developed a profound understanding of the needs of children from all walks of life. She believes that her background in anthropology is instrumental in connecting with children and addressing their diverse needs.
